Czepeku

Czepeku make evocative battlemaps for D&D and other tabletop roleplaying games via Patreon. After an initial boom during lockdown, sales were slowing down. I came onboard as a marketing consultant and have spent the last two years helping to grow their subscribers across four subscription channels.

Deliverables include brand identity and strategy, customer journeys, media buying, influencer and content creator campaigns, email marketing, paid social media campaign strategy, and partnerships.

Czepeku have achieved 110% growth: 10,215 new subscribers, equivalent to $1.2m revenue.
