As the in-house Marketing Manager at Bristol’s no.1 visitor attraction for eight years, I was responsible for the marketing and communications of the SS Great Britain Trust (charity), Brunel Institute (historic maritime collections), Future Brunels (educational initiative) and the opening of a brand new museum, Being Brunel (in 2018).

My focus was achieving critical annual footfall targets, developing the SS Great Britain Trust’s brand visibility and positioning for thought-leadership across PR, social and digital, campaign design and the development of the Trust’s internal and external publications.

I was the project lead for a new website, overseeing and improving the design, UX, content and customer journeys alongside web developers Atomic Smash.
